Our most frequently chosen course. Building on the Standard Kaiseki, you can enjoy upgrades or additional dishes of your choice.

- Lightly seared Hida beef sushi tasting (momo & sirloin)

Featuring the ultimate Hida beef, hailed as ‘Top of the Top’ by Ichiryu’s specialists, with further refinement in both quantity and preparation.

Prepared using the highest-ranking Hida beef cuts (A5, selected No.11 & No.12), this ultimate full-course Kaiseki is created by our chef with 30 years of Hida beef expertise.

A lavish seasonal course celebrating the finest Hida beef and the treasures of Takayama, embraced by the mystical Northern Alps. From the fresh buds of spring, the clear waters of summer, the fragrant autumn harvest, to the serene breath of winter, each dish condenses the essence of the season and the land.
